Learn advanced methods of using puppetry to teach about nature from Professional Puppeteers and art educators working at Silverwood Park. You’ve all used hand puppets for performances, but what happens if you introduce PUPPETRY PLUS to your performance tool kit? Over 3 hours, you will learn how to use table-top puppets where the performer is in full view of the audience and to create simple shadow puppets and stages to use in performance to present natural history interpretive information or to use with youth to make their own puppets and creative drama performances.
